John Duffy of Insomnia Therapy specializes in providing therapy for insomnia and sleep difficulties using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). Chronic insomnia is a common problem affecting about 10% of adults with approximately 1 in 3 adults having some sleep problems.

He offers a free 15 minute call to help you decide if CBT-I is suitable for you, followed by a 90 minute assessment session to evaluate your sleep difficulties. After that there are typically four to six 50-minute sessions where a range of strategies and techniques will be introduced depending on your needs.

John offers online sessions with office hours from 8.30am to 7pm Monday to Friday. VHI, Laya, Irish Life Health provide health insurance benefits towards therapy fees depending on your plan.
